Chlo Hew (b. 1985) is a multidisciplinary artist and the co-founder and curator of Still. Trained in Fine Arts at LASALLE College of the Arts, her practice is driven by a deep interest in material and texture.
Working across mixed media, she lets different materials inform her observations and shape her thinking. She welcomes chance — kiln surprises, intuitive marks, and gestural line-works, often using these moments to explore contrasting perspectives within a single form. Guided by curiosity, she continues to investigate how surfaces, structures, and ideas can connect and open new possibilities.

As a curator, Chlo established Still as a platform to bring art into lived spaces—settings where objects can be felt, handled, and encountered with ease.
Still was built on the belief that art doesn’t have to wait for a gallery wall; it can sit on a table, accompany daily rituals, or gain new spark through interdisciplinary collaboration.
Through intimate showcases, thoughtful partnerships with makers, and a focus on functional and tactile work, Chlo aims to cultivate a more approachable, sensory way of experiencing art.
Still continues to evolve as a gentle bridge between artists, objects, and the everyday, celebrating material honesty and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.
